The Role: Be the Voice of Arenaflex
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be much more than a call handler—you will be a brand ambassador, a problem solver, and a trusted advisor to customers who have invested in the finest kitchen appliances money can buy. This is a part-time remote position offering flexible scheduling within the framework of 25-29 hours per week. You will have the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home while still receiving comprehensive training and ongoing support from our dedicated team. The position requires initial on-site training in either Madison, WI or Phoenix, AZ for the first three months, ensuring you have the knowledge and confidence to represent arenaflex with excellence.
What You'll Do: Make Every Interaction Count
Your primary responsibility as a Customer Service Representative will be to serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, including product owners, prospective buyers, service and installation partners, authorized dealers, and product distributors. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering Exceptional Customer Experiences: As the voice of arenaflex, you will provide professional, personable, timely, and accurate responses to every caller. - Mastering Multi-Task Excellence: You will efficiently and simultaneously access and enter data in multiple software programs while maintaining engaging, conversational exchanges with callers. This requires exceptional organizational skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Problem Resolution & Troubleshooting: You will skillfully communicate to understand the initial issue, provide expert product troubleshooting, and recommend effective courses of action to resolve customer concerns. Your analytical abilities will shine as you diagnose problems and craft solutions.
- Product Education & Advocacy: You will answer use and care questions while educating our customers to maximize their enjoyment and utilization of our innovative product lines. Your product knowledge will inspire confidence and loyalty.

- Must reside within 100 miles of either Madison, WI or Phoenix, AZ to attend required on-site training
- Availability to complete training: Month One (8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday-Friday), Month Two (¾ time with varied hours)
