About the Role: What You Will Do

As a Customer Service Representative in our Pharmacy Benefit Manager division, you will be the voice of arenaflex for members seeking guidance on their prescription drug coverage. This is a dynamic position that requires strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to navigate complex information with ease and patience.

Your primary responsibilities will include:


  • Responding to Inbound Member Inquiries: You will handle incoming calls from members who have questions about their pharmacy benefit plans, prescription coverage, medication options, and mail-order prescription services.

  • Educating Members on Coverage Options: Through your knowledge and expertise, you will explain complex insurance terms and help members understand their benefits, deductibles, copays, and coverage limitations.

  • Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: You will work to resolve member concerns on the first call whenever possible, ensuring that every interaction leaves the member feeling heard, valued, and satisfied with the resolution.

  • Supporting Mail Order Services: You will assist members with setting up mail-order prescriptions, tracking shipments, and understanding how to maximize their pharmacy benefits for cost savings.

  • Maintaining Compliance: Adherence to HIPAA regulations and governmental compliance is essential in this role. You will protect member privacy and ensure all interactions meet regulatory standards.

  • Availability: Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, within our operating hours of 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST for work-from-home positions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of experience working in a call center environment or a healthcare-related field.
  • Six (6) months of prior work-from-home experience, demonstrating self-motivation and ability to succeed in a remote work setting.
  • Healthcare certification (such as Medical Assistant, Pharmacy Technician, or related credentials) is a plus and may be considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy benefit terminology, insurance plans, and prescription medication processes.
