Position Overview


We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Specialist to join our team at our McAllen, Texas location. In this role, you will serve as the frontline ambassador for arenaflex, representing some of the world's most recognized brands while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the eyes and ears of our organization, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative solutions to address their needs. No two days will be the same in this fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities


As a vital member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:


  • Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms to professionally resolve their questions, concerns, and issues. You'll be the friendly voice and helpful resource that customers rely on when they need assistance.
  • Problem Resolution: Calmly and professionally attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that customers may encounter. Your ability to remain composed under pressure while finding effective solutions will be key to your success in this role.
  • Escalation Management: Identify when situations require escalation to supervisory or specialized teams, ensuring that complex issues receive appropriate attention while maintaining detailed documentation throughout the process.
  • Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and process payments accurately and securely, adhering to all established protocols and security procedures.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Meticulously track all call-related information, customer interactions, and resolution details for auditing, reporting, and quality improvement purposes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide constructive feedback on recurring call issues, suggesting process improvements and innovative solutions to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Sales Support: Identify opportunities to upsell or recommend additional services when appropriate, contributing to both customer satisfaction and company revenue goals.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and supervisors in a collaborative virtual team environment, sharing knowledge and best practices to ensure consistent excellence across all interactions.

Essential Qualifications



  • Age Requirement: Must be over 18 years of age

  • Education: High School Graduate or GED equivalent

  • Experience: 6 months of previous customer service experience preferred, though we welcome eager learners with strong interpersonal skills

  • Technical Proficiency: Comfort with desktop computer systems and the ability to navigate Windows operating systems efficiently

  • Typing Speed: Ability to type at least 25 words per minute with accuracy

  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate clearly and professionally

  • Problem-Solving: Strong logical problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet

  • Organization: Excellent work prioritization and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively

  • License: Must possess a valid home state Life & Health Insurance License

Preferred Attributes



  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

  • Knowledge of basic accounting and payment processing procedures

  • Experience handling escalated customer complaints
