Position Overview


We are currently seeking a highly organized and reliable Data Entry Technician to perform various administrative duties in our remote work-from-home setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Mail and Work Demand Management: Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail and work demands efficiently. Ensure that all items are directed to the appropriate personnel in a timely manner.

  • Workflow Monitoring: Review workflow reports and dashboards to ensure that required information is available for ongoing projects. Identify any gaps or missing documentation and follow up to obtain necessary materials.

  • Documentation Requests: Request missing documentation on a case-by-case basis to ensure complete and accurate record-keeping. Maintain awareness of departmental policies and procedures regarding documentation requirements.

  • Document Processing: Scan, photograph, and index reports and other documents. Ensure all documents are properly categorized and stored in the appropriate digital folders or databases.

  • Correspondence Preparation: Prepare correspondence and packages for internal and external mailing. Ensure proper addressing, postage, and timely dispatch of all materials.

  • Database Management: Maintain departmental logs, spreadsheets, and databases with accuracy and attention to detail. Enter data into systems, verify information for completeness, and update records as needed.

  • Supply Management: Monitor supply inventory and place orders for supplies as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations. Coordinate with procurement teams to maintain adequate stock levels.
