Job Summary
We're looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual to lead our 3P Market growth in the USA. As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Your primary objective will be to study product selection gaps and execute GTM strategies to attract key marketplace players to join our ecommerce platform and maximize our products' selection facet and client base.
Key Responsibilities
As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, seasonality, and competitor efforts in the ecommerce industry.
- Seller Acquisition and Onboarding: Identify, prospect, and acquire high-potential sellers to our platform through direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Seller Enablement and Support: Guide sellers through sharing best practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems, ensuring seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Primary Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or economics.
- Sales Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, preferably in the ecommerce, retail, FMCG, or technology industries.
- Results-Driven Track Record: Demonstrated achievement in exceeding sales objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Product Knowledge: Enjoy promoting nascent products/offers into new markets.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Advanced communication and presentation skills, with a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs.

Preferred Qualifications

- Ecommerce Experience: 2+ years of experience in ecommerce, preferably in a leadership or sales role.
- Industry Knowledge: 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter or direct sales industry.
