About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Venezuela. As an Account Manager, you'll play a critical role in growing our 3P market in the USA by acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. Key Responsibilities

As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:


  • Developing a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitoring competitor efforts.

  • Identifying, prospecting, and obtaining high-ability sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.

  • Guiding dealers through sharing best-practices of online selling, consisting of statistics-driven insights that help dealers obtain high requirements of delivery, patron enjoy & business objectives.

  • Participating with and influencing internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.

Primary Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:


  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • 1-3 years of sales experience in a success-driven enterprise, preferably in the ecommerce, generation, retail, FMCG industries.

  • Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative & solutions-focused process.

  • Experience promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly favored.

  • Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, an ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment, and a strong enthusiasm for success and winning.

  • Remarkable commercial enterprise judgment with sturdy written and oral communication talents.

  • Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities.

  • At ease with complex economic data. Polished communication skills - talking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.

  • Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment cozy with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage more than one, competing priorities concurrently.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:


  • 2+ years of ecommerce experience.

  • 3+ years of experience in the purchaser electronics quarter.

  • 3+ years of direct sales experience.
