As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond.   • *Responsibilities**

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Fielding customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Providing feedback on call issues
  • Meeting sales objectives as defined
  • *Qualifications**

  • Bilingual Spanish/English language skills
  • A minimum of 6 months customer service experience
  • Over 18 years of age
  • Ability to type 30 wpm
  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • 6 months Call Center experience, preferred
  • Logical problem-solving skills
  • Availability to work various shifts
  • Ability to use Windows operating systems
  • Organization and work prioritization skills
  • 6 months sales experience minimum
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening skills
  • Superior negotiating skills
  • *Work from Home Requirements**

To work from home, you will need:

  • A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 50.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 10.0 Mbps
  • An ISP with no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Proof of internet speed required
