As a Certified Pharmacy Technician at arenaflex, you'll work closely with our pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to provide patient care and support. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • *Essential Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration)
  • Current certification as a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including night and weekend hours
  • Basic computer skills, with experience using electronic health records (EHRs) and pharmacy management systems
  • *Preferred Qualifications**
  • 6 months of experience working in a retail or healthcare environment
  • Previous experience working with arenaflex or a similar pharmacy chain
  • Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately count, measure, and weigh medications
  • Experience with store stock control and inventory management
  • PTCB certification or willingness to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
