What You'll Do: Making a Meaningful Impact Every Day

As a Customer Care Professional in our Consumer Product Services division, you'll play a pivotal role in representing arenaflex across every customer interaction. Your responsibilities extend far beyond traditional customer service – you'll be a problem solver, a product expert, and a trusted advisor who helps clients navigate their financial journey with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Support: Handle inbound customer calls with efficiency, empathy, and expertise, ensuring every interaction follows our Client First philosophy. You'll be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, and your ability to resolve issues quickly and thoroughly will set the tone for their entire experience with arenaflex.

  • Consultative Relationship Building: Engage with card members to understand their unique needs, preferences, and financial goals. By actively listening and asking the right questions, you'll craft personalized solutions that not only address immediate concerns but also demonstrate the full value of arenaflex membership.

  • Product Education & Guidance: Effectively communicate the benefits of various arenaflex products and services, helping customers understand how different offerings can enhance their financial wellness and lifestyle experiences.

  • Sales Excellence: Develop and refine key selling skills including rapport building, needs assessment, objection handling, and closing techniques. Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction.

  • Account Management: Address general and account-specific inquiries with clarity and precision. Update customer account information, process transactions, and ensure data accuracy throughout every interaction.

  • Problem Resolution: Utilize tools and resources to identify custom solutions, anticipate customer needs, and resolve complex issues. Your goal is to transform every challenge into an opportunity to strengthen customer loyalty.

What We're Looking For: Your Qualifications & Attributes

Essential Qualifications:


  • Educational Background: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience demonstrating equivalent knowledge and skills.

  • Availability: Must be flexible to work shifts between 6:00 AM and 2:00 AM, including weekends and holidays. The ability to adapt to changing scheduling needs is essential.

  • Location: Position based in Dawn, FLORIDA with requirement for on-site presence as business needs dictate.

  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. arenaflex will not sponsor visas for this position.

Preferred Capabilities & Experience:


  • Proven Customer Service Success: Minimum two years of experience in a customer support and consultative sales environment. Demonstrated success in building customer loyalty through outstanding active listening, relationship-building skills, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication.

  • Integrity & Compliance: Unwavering commitment to handling sensitive customer information with discretion and full compliance with all regulatory and compliance requirements related to customer service and sales practices.

  • Passion for Consultative Selling: Genuine enthusiasm for recommending products and solutions tailored to each customer's unique situation and needs.

  • Adaptability: Ability to efficiently manage a continuous flow of customer calls while adapting performance to meet various metrics. Must effectively navigate change and maintain a positive attitude in challenging situations.
