  • *Key Responsibilities**

As a customer care specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers with all inquiries, providing fair, quick, and effective resolutions to their issues
  • Creating and maintaining accurate customer records, recording precise notes, and tagging tickets correctly
  • Resolving product or service problems by clarifying customer conflicts, determining causes, selecting and explaining the best solutions, expediting corrections or adjustments when needed, and following up to ensure satisfactory resolutions
  • Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
  • Preparing product and service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Contributing to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Continuously meeting metrics on all required weekly stats and Simple Weekly Performance Review
  • Multitasking efficiently, answering inquiries via phone, email, and chat simultaneously
  • Participating in regular team meetings
  • *Essential Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of experience in a call center or other customer service environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Continually updated product knowledge and company process knowledge
  • A caring attitude, quality focus, and strong documentation skills
  • Strong listening and phone skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts and analyze information
  • Multi-tasking and typing skills, with the ability to type 40-45 WPM
  • Experience with ZenDesk, Salesforce Service Cloud, and Magento is a plus
  • *Preferred Qualifications**

While not essential, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and customer service platforms
  • Familiarity with salesforce.com and other customer service tools
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
