What You'll Do
As a Data Analytics Sales Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account development and solution positioning. Your role extends beyond traditional sales – you will be a consultant, strategist, and technical expert all rolled into one. Here's what you can expect:
Strategic Client Engagement
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key accounts, positioning yourself as the trusted data analytics expert who understands their business objectives
- Develop deep understanding of client pain points, competitive landscape, and strategic initiatives to craft tailored solution proposals
- Influence long-term strategic direction by presenting comprehensive roadmaps that align arenaflex capabilities with client goals
- Collaborate with and manage partner organizations to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives
Business Development
- Create and execute strategic account plans that expand arenaflex presence across key industries and market segments
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by uncovering use cases suitable for arenaflex data and analytics solutions
- Articulate key solution differentiators and measurable business impacts to drive stakeholder buy-in
- Lead go-to-market efforts with cross-functional teams to maximize market penetration
Technical Sales Support
- Work closely with arenaflex technical teams to develop pipeline opportunities and provide subject matter expertise
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build business cases and implementation plans
- Partner with solution architects to design customized demonstrations that showcase arenaflex capabilities
- Translate complex technical concepts into business value propositions for non-technical stakeholders
Deal Execution
- Navigate enterprise procurement processes, working effectively with Acquisition, Legal, and Business teams
- Negotiate commercial terms and structure complex agreements that meet both client and arenaflex objectives
- Ensure successful hand-off to implementation teams while maintaining relationship continuity
- Drive post-sale customer success through proactive engagement and satisfaction monitoring
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should bring a combination of technical knowledge, business acumen, and proven sales experience:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics, data warehousing, or data management software sales or consulting
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated experience planning, pitching, and executing enterprise-level sales processes from initial contact through contract closure
- Business Acumen: Experience working with business and legal agreements, including contract negotiation and compliance requirements
- Technical Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with engineers and client technical teams to develop compelling business cases and implementation proposals
