As a key member of our data engineering team, you will play a critical role in shaping how arenaflex leverages data to achieve its business objectives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Requirements Gathering & Scoping: Conduct requirements gathering and project scoping sessions with subject matter experts, business users, and executive stakeholders to identify and define business data needs. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on data requirements.
- Data Architecture Design: Design, build, and optimize data architecture and extract, transform, and load (ETL) pipelines to make data accessible for business data analysts, data scientists, and enterprise users. Your work will enable data-driven decision-making across all levels of the organization.
- Productionization & Scaling: Work closely with analysts to productionize and scale value-creating capabilities, including data integrations and differences, model features, and statistical and machine learning models. You will ensure that analytical solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
- Data Quality & Governance: Drive the highest standards in data reliability, data integrity, and data governance, enabling accurate, consistent, and trustworthy data sets, business intelligence products, and analyses. You will be the guardian of data quality at arenaflex.
- Community Engagement: Engage with the analyst community, communicate with analysts to understand critical user journeys and data sourcing inefficiencies, suggest best practices, and lead analyst trainings. You will help build a data-literate organization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product teams, marketing, finance, and other departments to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that drive business value. You will be a trusted advisor on all things data.
