Position Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Data Scientist to become an integral part of our Video Planning group. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to mine complex datasets, develop and evaluate machine learning models, analyze large-scale data, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Your work will directly influence how intelligent features are implemented across our product ecosystem, making a tangible impact on millions of users.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for the following:

• Machine Learning Model Development: Design, implement, and evaluate advanced machine learning algorithms and deep learning models for video processing, computer vision, and spatial understanding applications.
• Data Analysis & Mining: Conduct in-depth failure analysis and model mining to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement in our data pipelines and model performance.
• Interpretation & Translation: Develop interpretation techniques for complex deep learning models to ensure transparency, explainability, and reliability of AI-driven features.
• Insight Generation: Create and present comprehensive data insights with actionable recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Statistical Analysis: Apply rigorous statistical methodologies and big data analytics to drive meaningful customer experiences and product improvements.
• Requirements Evaluation: Assess potential technical components based on customer requirements to make informed decisions for internal enhancements and product roadmap development.
• Performance Analysis: Provide quantitative analysis of real-world examples and authentic customer data to understand current model and algorithm performance.
• Mathematical Modeling: Build mathematical models to project outcomes and inform critical business decisions.
• Customer Feedback Analysis: Collect and analyze authentic customer feedback on shipped products to support future product development and guide strategic initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work effectively with diverse teams including AI researchers, cloud infrastructure specialists, and product managers to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees are strongly preferred.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and statistical analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar data science tools.
• Experience with large-scale data processing frameworks and cloud computing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
