Position Overview

As a Virtual Customer Care Advisor at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs related to pharmacy services, billing, insurance verification, and technical support. This fully remote position offers a flexible reduced-hour schedule that may include shifts outside of traditional business hours. The position requires 30-39 hours per week, though additional hours may be required based on business needs. The compensation rate for this role is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a vital member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for the following:


  • Client Communication: Assist clients and other advisors via telephone, email, and online channels with billing, insurance verification, product, or service questions. You will be the friendly voice that clients turn to when they need help navigating their pharmacy needs.

  • Call Management: Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently. You will manage call volumes, ensure accurate documentation of interactions, and maintain high standards of communication throughout every call.

Work Schedule and Flexibility

This position offers a flexible reduced-hour schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:


  • Residency: Must live in the state of Utah to qualify for this position.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.

  • Experience: A minimum of 4+ years of professional experience working with computers and electronic devices is required. You should be comfortable using multiple software applications and navigating various digital platforms.

  • Multitasking Skills: Demonstrated experience multitasking with telephone and computer skills is essential. You must be able to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.

  • Internet Connection: You must have a dedicated broadband internet connection either through DSL, cable, or fiber to the home (FiOS or FiberOptic). The minimum internet speed required is 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload contracted speed.

  • Schedule Flexibility: Ability to adjust your schedule regularly (every two weeks), with a fourteen-day advance notice.

  • Home Work Environment: Must work in a home environment that is private and free from distractions such as barking dogs, TV noise, music, children, etc. You must be able to dedicate complete focus to clients during work hours to ensure exceptional service delivery.
