We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Scientist to join our Product Frameworks and Examination group, which is responsible for driving business growth and innovation across our Omni Channel platforms. As a Senior Data Scientist, you'll lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes. You'll work closely with our business stakeholders to understand their needs, develop strategic plans, and execute projects that deliver tangible results.

  • *Key Responsibilities**
  • Lead the development and implementation of data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes across our Omni Channel platforms
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, examiners, and technical experts, to develop and execute strategic plans
  • Develop and maintain advanced predictive models, machine learning algorithms, and statistical analysis to drive business insights and recommendations
  • Design and implement data pipelines, ETL processes, and data visualization tools to support business decision making
  • Develop and maintain data quality, governance, and security standards to ensure data integrity and compliance
  • Mentor and train junior data scientists and data analysts to develop their skills and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and improvement
  • *Qualifications**
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business outcomes
  • Strong understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, and data visualization tools
  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
  • Experience with machine learning frameworks, including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively
  • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance standards
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and train junior team members

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or related field
  • Experience with big data technologies, including Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases
  • Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js
  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms, including Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Azure Synapse
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including continuous integration and continuous deployment
  • Experience with agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
