As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will play a critical role in managing our equity compensation programs, ensuring compliance, and supporting our employees worldwide.
What You'll Do for Us
As a Consultant, Global Equity, you'll contribute to a team that delivers stock plan management excellence by:
- Performing daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to ensure operational compliance of equity-based long-term incentive plans and stock purchase plans
- Processing the release of Performance Share Unit (PSU), Restricted Stock Unit (RSU), and stock purchase plan matching share awards with precision and attention to timeliness
- Reviewing equity transaction activity, including transactions related to stock option exercises, RSU and PSU releases, and stock purchase plan activities to ensure accurate and timely purchase, release, settlement, and reporting
- Researching, tracking, and responding to questions received from participants, method partners, or other stakeholders in a professional and timely manner
- Supporting equity-based long-term incentive award grant processes and stock purchase plan enrollment activities
- Producing ad-hoc data analytics or reporting in support of ongoing operations and strategic initiatives
- Reviewing and maintaining equity management systems and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Performing other equity plan management tasks as requested by leadership
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in stock plan management, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable field
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and methods quickly in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and convert findings into actionable recommendations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with various stock plan products including stock options, Performance Share Units, Restricted Stock Units, and stock purchase plans
- Knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly Workday, and understanding of methods and interrelationships of data transfers
- Familiarity with equity compensation regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience in a multinational corporate environment
- Understanding of global equity plan administration best practices
