• *Job Summary:**

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Information Researcher to join our Data Insights and Analytics team at arenaflex. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing data-driven solutions that drive business growth, inform strategic decisions, and optimize operational efficiency. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping us navigate the complexities of our business, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop data-driven strategies to achieve our goals.

• *Key Responsibilities:**

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Stages and Services, to provide data-driven insights and recommendations that inform business decisions
• Develop and maintain data visualizations, dashboards, and reports to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders
• Design and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges and opportunities
• Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to identify data needs and develop data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain data pipelines, ETL processes, and data quality controls to ensure high-quality data
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to develop and implement machine learning models and predictive analytics
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

• *Essential Qualifications:**

• 3+ years of experience in a data-related role, preferably in a consumer web business or high-growth product or team
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python/R
• Experience using data to drive business results and inform strategic decisions
• Familiarity with data analysis and communication, including time series analysis, experimentation, data visualization, and defining KPIs for business success
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders

• *Preferred Qualifications:**

• Experience in functional excellence, defining metrics, and analysis reporting
• Experience working with software development and functional event data
• Experience with AI strategies, such as regression, decision trees, and neural networks
• Familiarity with data governance policies and procedures
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
