Position Overview

As the Physical Retail Asset Protection Program Supervisor, you will serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert within our Retail Asset Protection organization. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and capitalize on emerging opportunities through data analysis, field collaboration, and partnership with cross-functional teams. You will ensure the highest standards of safety and security for arenaflex employees and customers while providing critical support during emergencies and incident response situations.

This field-based position reports directly to the Director of Asset Protection Strategy and requires extensive travel (up to 75%) to various retail locations. You will collaborate closely with store leadership, corporate teams, and external partners to resolve security-related issues, drive process improvements, and implement best practices that protect our people, property, and inventory.

What You'll Do

As a key member of the Asset Protection team, your responsibilities will include:


  • Strategic Planning & Analysis: Maintain comprehensive maps and documentation for operational and business initiatives while providing performance support and actionable insights to drive continuous improvement across all retail locations.

  • Process Enhancement: Identify opportunities to improve processes and transform customer and partner experiences while fostering the development of new skills and capabilities within the organization.

  • Project Monitoring: Track and monitor the achievement of milestones related to safety, health, and risk management within new store development projects and existing retail operations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the authoritative voice of Physical Retail Asset Protection, working collaboratively with the broader Global Health and Safety team, Retail leadership, and other key stakeholders to address complex security challenges.

  • Information Management: Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Issue Resolution: Partner with store and corporate leadership teams to investigate and resolve safety, inventory, and physical security-related issues in a timely and effective manner.

  • Reporting & Analytics: Work with data analysts and reporting teams to develop comprehensive reporting dashboards for store and field management teams, focusing on security metrics, risk indicators, inventory accuracy, and operational performance.

  • Compliance & Training: Ensure adherence to all company policies, maintain satisfactory attendance, and comply with all training and customer service standards established by the organization.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

Essential Qualifications:


  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience in retail asset protection, security, loss prevention, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity is highly preferred.

  • Travel Availability: Must be willing and able to travel locally and nationally up to 75% of the time to support various retail locations and field operations.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Criminal Justice, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management, data analysis, and implementing basic financial controls. Experience with analytics platforms such as GBQ and Looker, as well as Microsoft Office Suite, is strongly preferred.

  • Security Knowledge: Working knowledge of access control systems, CCTV surveillance systems, and security technology solutions is highly desirable.

  • Industry Expertise: Demonstrated working knowledge of health and safety concepts, best practices, policies, programs, and procedures—ideally in a retail or commercial environment.

  • Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational skills, prioritization abilities, and excellent time management capabilities.

  • Adaptability: Flexibility to support multiple locations across different shifts and dynamic business needs that evolve rapidly.

  • Professional Conduct: Outstanding reputation for integrity, honesty, and professionalism, with an unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.

  • Prior experience working with law enforcement, security consultants, or risk management professionals.
