- Team Development: Mentor and develop new employees, guiding them through their initial training phases and helping them grow into confident, knowledgeable professionals.
- License Acquisition: Obtain required financial licenses (Life and Series 6 are required). As you advance, you will have the option to pursue additional certifications including Series 26, 63, and 65, significantly enhancing your credentials and earning potential.
