Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will act as a liaison, providing services information, answering questions, and resolving any emerging problems that our clients' accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. Responsibilities

As a Remote Email Chat Representative and Call Centre Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:


  • Identifying and assessing clients' needs to achieve satisfaction and build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools, meeting personal and customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas.

  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution.

  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.

  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and taking the extra mile to engage clients.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative, with a track record of over-achieving quota.

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
