What You'll Do: Key Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to patients and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Multi-Channel Customer Engagement: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms to address their questions, concerns, and needs with empathy and professionalism.
