    What You’ll Do:
  • Handle 80+ inbound calls daily in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Use scripted communication to provide consistent, accurate, and friendly service
  • Assess customer needs, resolve concerns, and schedule appointments efficiently
  • Accurately enter data into our customer management systems
  • Listen actively and communicate with empathy and professionalism
    What We’re Looking For:
  • 2+ years of call center or customer-facing experience preferred, but not required
  • Fluent English communication (spoken and written); bilingual Spanish-English candidates highly encouraged to apply
  • Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of navigating single or multi-screen setups
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with accurate data entry and multitasking abilities
  • Availability to work at least one weekend, day per week
  • A quiet, interruption-free home office environment
  • Part Time or Full Time Opportunities available

Hours of Operation:

We are actively hiring for shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Eastern Time. Scheduling flexibility, especially for evenings and weekends, is highly valued.
