  • Patient Listening & Assessment: Carefully listen to each caller's situation, evaluate their needs, and determine the most appropriate course of action to achieve resolution.

  • Emergency Response Support: Handle calls ranging from routine navigation assistance to genuine emergency situations, demonstrating the ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure.

  • Solution Navigation: Multi-task effectively while on calls to find accurate answers and solutions, utilizing available resources and technology platforms.

  • Standard Contractors: $0.28 per customer interaction minute with a guaranteed minimum of 45 minutes per available hour.

  • Earning Potential: Equivalent hourly rate of $12.60 - $16.80 per hour depending on call volume and efficiency.

  • Bilingual Contractors: Enhanced rate of $0.31 per customer interaction minute with a 48-minute minimum guarantee.

  • Bilingual Earning Potential: Equivalent hourly rate of $14.88 - $18.60 per hour.

  • Equipment: Wired USB headset with microphone (wireless or gaming headsets are not accepted).
