About This Role: Remote Customer Service Associate
As a Remote Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in our pharmacy operations. You'll be the voice of arenaflex to pet parents who reach out for assistance with their pet's medication needs, prescription refills, billing questions, and more. This position requires someone who is comfortable working from home, possesses excellent communication skills, and genuinely enjoys helping others.
Important Location Requirement: This is a fully remote position, but you must be a resident of Kentucky and reside within 90 miles of Louisville, Kentucky. All work must be performed within the state of Kentucky. This requirement helps us maintain compliance with state pharmacy regulations and ensures we can serve our Kentucky-based customers effectively.
Key Responsibilities
As an integral member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for:
- Engaging Directly with Customers: Respond to inbound calls and other communication channels (including email, chat, and messaging platforms) from pet parents seeking pharmacy assistance. You'll handle a wide variety of topics including prescription inquiries, medication refills, order status updates, billing concerns, and insurance-related questions.
