Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Operations Analyst who thrives in a data-rich environment and is passionate about solving complex business challenges. In this role, you will serve as a key contributor to our Air Terminal Client Support (ACS) Resource Planning team, responsible for analyzing operational and staffing metrics that drive both operational efficiency and financial performance.

Your work will involve developing predictive models and forecasts to proactively address resource needs, investigating asset utilization patterns to identify optimization opportunities, and creating compelling reports that inform leadership decisions. You'll collaborate across multiple functional areas, including operations, finance, and customer experience teams, to ensure our resource planning aligns with our commitment to delivering world-class service.

Key Responsibilities

Predictive Modeling & Forecasting: Develop and refine predictive models and forecasts to proactively communicate required ACS setup needs. You'll collaborate with multiple cross-functional ACS departments to ensure your models capture the full picture of operational requirements.

Resource Utilization Analysis: Investigate asset use patterns and identify more optimal and efficient solutions. Your insights will directly influence how we deploy resources across our network.

Performance Reporting: Create comprehensive reports related to the execution of resource planning initiatives. You'll translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership.

Industry Trend Analysis: Examine the latest trends in ACS resource planning, staying ahead of industry developments and bringing fresh perspectives to our planning processes.

Data Sourcing & Extraction: Find and extract data from various sources for use in analysis, models, and project development. You'll become the go-to person for understanding where our data lives and how to access it.

New Data Source Development: Identify and develop new data sources and foundational analytical models that enhance our planning capabilities.

Statistical Analysis: Apply descriptive, diagnostic, and predictive analytical techniques to highlight business challenges, potential solutions, and relevant tradeoffs.

Model Development: Develop new strategic analytical models or modify existing ones to address evolving business needs.

Data Visualization: Transform information into meaningful insights using data visualization and analytical storytelling techniques that resonate with diverse audiences.

Complex Reporting: Develop complex reports and analyses with guidance from senior leaders, ensuring accuracy and strategic relevance.

Process Improvement: Support complex process improvement and project management engagements for both individual business units and cross-divisional initiatives.

Stakeholder Presentation: Present findings to OAP and business unit leaders, including senior executives, with confidence and clarity.

Internal Consulting: Act as an internal subject matter expert to partners, providing insights that drive results across the organization.

What You Need to Succeed

Minimum Qualifications
