Position Overview
We are hiring full-time Inbound Phone Customer Service Representatives to join our team reporting to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. This position begins in November 2023 and offers an exciting blend of in-person training, collaborative teamwork, and flexible hybrid work arrangements. Work Schedule and Flexibility

- Standard Business Hours: Enjoy your evenings and weekends off! Shifts run from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday.
- Weekend Freedom: No late nights or weekend shifts – you'll have consistent, predictable hours that allow you to plan your personal life.
- Hybrid Work Model: After successfully completing our 8-week onsite training academy, eligible team members will enjoy a hybrid arrangement – three days onsite and two days working from home each week. The choice of which days to work from home is yours and can change weekly based on your preference!
- Enhanced Flexibility: You can earn additional flexibility to work from home up to five days per week. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in a bidding process for alternate work shifts as your tenure with arenaflex grows.

Your Key Responsibilities
As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the voice of our company to customers across the nation. Your daily activities will include:
- Building Customer Relationships: Respond to a high volume of inbound phone calls with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a customer-first attitude.
- Collaborating with Teams: Work closely with customers and Sales team members daily in a supportive, team-based environment.
- Utilizing Technology: Use a computer and multiple PC-based programs effectively, with periods of sitting up to 8 hours per day.
- Problem Resolution: Resolve customer challenges by leveraging all available resources for account selection, product identification, order placement, and order management.
- Issue Resolution: Address pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credits accurately, and implement return procedures with precision and care.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions as required by company policies and procedures.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
Essential Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
- At least one (1) year of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to commute reliably to our facility from your home location.
- A secure, dedicated workspace at home that is free from distractions and suitable for professional work.
- Proficiency in operating and navigating multiple PC-based programs simultaneously.
- Stable, high-speed internet connection with the ability to provide proof of speeds greater than 5 megabits per second (Mbps) upload, 15 Mbps download, and ping less than 80 milliseconds.

- Strong active listening abilities to understand customer needs thoroughly.
