The Opportunity: Senior Analyst, Worldwide Consumer Funding

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Analyst to join our Worldwide Funding team at arenaflex. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative payment solutions.

In this role, you will be at the heart of our consumer financing operations, working across multiple regions and collaborating with diverse stakeholders to drive both new customer acquisition and customer retention. You'll have the chance to influence the direction of our funding products, analyze program performance, and implement improvements that directly impact our bottom line and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst in our Worldwide Funding group, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our consumer payment offerings. Your responsibilities will span strategy, operations, and analysis, providing you with a well-rounded experience that accelerates your professional growth.

Strategic Leadership

• Drive Marketing Excellence: Lead the marketing and promotional strategy for arenaflex's consumer funding products, including buy-now-pay-later options, installment plans, and credit programs. Your efforts will directly contribute to acquiring new customers and encouraging repeat purchases.


• Influential Communication: Utilize data from multiple sources to craft compelling narratives that influence key stakeholders across the organization. Tailor your communication style to resonate with different audiences, from C-suite executives to operational teams.


• Partnership Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with third-party funding partners. Identify and maximize business opportunities that benefit both arenaflex and our partners.

Operational Excellence

• Daily Program Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our funding programs, including payment processing, settlement issues, and dispute resolution. Work closely with internal teams in Finance, Fraud, Order Processing, and Sales & Operations to ensure seamless execution.


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with functional leads in Product, Engineering, and Analytics to drive initiatives that enhance the customer experience while promoting profitable growth. Ensure that projects on your roadmap are delivered on time, meet quality standards, and achieve critical performance metrics.


• Issue Resolution: Respond quickly and decisively to deviations from planned outcomes. Take ownership of complex problems and develop solutions independently, demonstrating a "finish stuff" attitude that gets results.

Analytical Impact

• Performance Analysis: Analyze program performance metrics, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Translate data-driven insights into actionable strategies that drive business results.


• Decision Support: Comfortably reach conclusions from available data and make recommendations even with imperfect information. Use your analytical skills to provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Professional Experience: 2+ years of experience in marketing, management consulting, business strategy, startup/tech environment, or finance. Experience in consumer financing, e-commerce, or payment services is a plus but not required.


• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories using data. You should be able to adapt your communication style based on your audience and influence others effectively.


• Analytical Mindset: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a comfort level diving deep into data. Experience building strategies based on data-driven insights is essential.


• Execution Excellence: Ability to manage multiple priorities, learn rapidly, and thrive in a fast-moving environment. You must be comfortable working independently and taking ownership of complex issues from conception to completion.


• Collaborative Spirit: Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners to drive results. You should be adept at building relationships and influencing stakeholders across different teams and departments.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data visualization


• Experience with SQL, BigQuery, or other analytical/query tools


• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker


• Understanding of consumer credit products, payment processing, or financial services


• Experience in e-commerce or retail technology environments
