Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst to support our Subscriber Operations function within the Data Analysis team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the measurement and analysis of subscriber trends across the arenaflex Streaming portfolio, including our flagship streaming platforms. Your expertise will help ensure accurate delivery of subscriber change communications, including cost adjustments, subscription plan modifications, and new data collection initiatives.

You will collaborate closely with our upstream communication partners to guarantee that subscribers receive legally mandated notifications and that any incidents requiring remediation are handled promptly and accurately. This position offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple departments, including Incident Management, Business Operations, and Trade Engineering, to ensure the integrity of our subscriber data and that customers receive appropriate refunds when warranted.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Data Analyst at arenaflex, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities that directly impact our subscriber experience and business operations:

• Data Management and Requirements: Manage admission and record data requirements related to subscriber communication initiatives, including cost increases, subscription plans, and new data collection efforts. This also encompasses incident remediation, ensuring that the right customers receive refunds when required.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and competencies:

• Professional Experience: A minimum of 3+ years of work experience developing in SQL, particularly within an ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processing pipeline environment.
• Analytical Expertise: At least 3+ years of hands-on analytical experience, demonstrating your ability to derive meaningful insights from complex datasets.
• Communication Skills: Proven experience delivering technical and/or analytical concepts to broad audiences, with exceptional written and verbal presentation abilities. You must be comfortable translating complex data findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Programming Knowledge: Familiarity with Python, R, or other statistical programming languages is essential for this role.
• Data Visualization Tools: Strong knowledge of data analysis and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Chartio, or similar platforms.
• Educational Background: A degree in an analytical field (such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related disciplines) is required.
• Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and departments.
