As an Account Manager at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth of our 3P market in the USA. You'll be responsible for acquiring, developing, and managing high-value debts that cozy new products, fee pricing, and comfort to our customers. - *Key Responsibilities**
- Develop a thorough knowledge of the marketplace segment, seasonality, and worldwide developments/activities, and monitor competitor efforts.
- Identify, prospect, and obtain high-potential sellers to our platform via direct sales visits, events, and presentations.
- Guide sellers through sharing best-practices of online selling, including statistics-driven insights that help sellers achieve high requirements of delivery, customer satisfaction, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with and influence internal and external stakeholders to recognize and resolve vendor problems.
- *Primary Qualifications**
- A Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ideal candidates should have 1-3 years of success-driven sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce, technology, retail, or FMCG industries.
- Demonstrated achievement in exceeding income objectives using a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
- Experience promoting nascent merchandise/offering into new markets is strongly preferred.
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, a robust working understanding of Excel and MS Office programs, and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and be very enthusiastic about success and winning.
- Remarkable commercial acumen with strong written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and quantitative abilities.
- Comfort with complex financial data. Polished communication skills – speaking, writing, imparting, and negotiating.
- Ability to think and lead in a high-energy, rapid-paced environment, comfortable with "hands-on" management of responsibilities, and demonstrated potential to manage multiple, competing priorities concurrently.

- 2+ years of e-commerce experience is a plus.
- 3+ years of experience in the consumer electronics industry is a plus.
