Position Overview
We are currently seeking a talented and motivated External Support Engineer to join our Tools and Workflows team at arenaflex. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for external content creation teams who utilize the tools developed by our internal engineering team. You will be responsible for providing top-tier technical support, creating comprehensive documentation and training materials, and acting as a liaison between content teams and our development engineers.
This position requires a unique blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and problem-solving abilities. You will need to understand our tools inside and out, anticipate user needs, and continuously advocate for improvements that will enhance the user experience. - Documentation and Training: Create high-quality reference materials, user guides, and knowledge base articles that help external teams get up to speed with our toolset.
