Who We're Looking For

Our Experience Center Central Customer Care Team is seeking a passionate and highly motivated Customer Care Advocate to become an essential part of our customer-focused family. In this role, you'll be the voice of arenaflex Financial Services, handling customer requests with precision, empathy, and proactive problem-solving. You'll respond to inbound communications from customers, dealers, and third-party partners across our diverse portfolio, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Care Advocate at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in representing our brand through every customer interaction. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Handling Customer Inquiries: You'll be accountable for the accurate and timely processing of all customer inquiries, account maintenance requests, and financial transactions with meticulous attention to detail.

  • Multi-Channel Communication: Respond professionally to communications from customers, dealers, and third-party partners primarily via telephone, while also managing email and written correspondence to ensure comprehensive support.

  • Problem Resolution: Analyze account characteristics and collaborate directly with customers to resolve their issues while providing best-in-class customer service that exceeds expectations.

  • Brand Enhancement: Follow engagement strategies designed to enhance customer satisfaction and build lasting loyalty to the arenaflex Financial Services brand and our private label partners.

  • Documentation: Document all customer interactions clearly and concisely using designated systems and procedures, ensuring comprehensive records for future reference.

  • Compliance & Quality: Stay current with changes in policies and procedures to ensure compliance with high-risk processes while maintaining the highest standards of service quality.

  • Customer Outreach: Manage both inbound and outbound communications with delinquent and non-delinquent customers, dealers, and third parties, providing solution-oriented service and problem resolution in accordance with established guidelines.

  • A high school diploma or GED is required; a college degree or equivalent work experience is strongly preferred.

Training & Development

We invest heavily in your success! Training for this position will be comprehensive and designed to set you up for long-term achievement:


  • Initial Training: A 12-week training program running from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time.

  • Virtual Learning: The first 6 weeks will be conducted virtually, allowing you to learn from the comfort of your home while staying connected with your training cohort.

  • In-Office Training: The second 6 weeks will take place in-office, providing hands-on experience and direct support from our training team.

Following successful completion of training, you'll transition to a hybrid work schedule (home/onsite) based on meeting and maintaining performance expectations, offering you the flexibility to balance work and life effectively.
