How Will You Make an Impact in This Role?

As a Customer Care Professional in our Consumer Product Services division, you'll play a pivotal role in representing arenaflex to our valued customers. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction, loyalty, and the overall success of our business. Here's what you can expect:

Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver extraordinary service on inbound calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment by following our Customer First philosophy

  • Consult with customers to understand their unique needs and tailor solutions for each individual, reinforcing the benefits of their membership and providing relevant offers that deepen engagement

  • Continuously improve on key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding customer needs, handling objections, and closing sales with integrity

  • Address general and account-specific inquiries with clarity and precision, providing accurate information and updating customer account details as needed

  • Utilize tools and resources to identify custom solutions and anticipate customer needs, maintaining our commitment to first-contact resolution

  • Meet and exceed performance goals that include customer survey results, sales rates, quality objectives, compliance regulations, and productivity targets

  • Collaborate with team members and business partners to propel shared success and contribute to a positive team environment

  • Embrace continuous learning by participating in training sessions, coaching opportunities, and skill development programs

What We're Looking For

We're seeking candidates who bring a unique combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities that align with our values and customer-centric approach.

Essential Qualifications:


  • Proven customer service experience (two years or more) in a consultative sales environment with a genuine passion for building customer loyalty

  • Exceptional communication skills including strong written and verbal abilities, with the capacity to adapt your communication style to various personalities and situations

  • Integrity and discretion to manage sensitive customer information while adhering to all regulatory and compliance guidelines

  • Consultative selling approach with the ability to recommend products or solutions tailored to each individual customer's needs

  • Resilience and adaptability to efficiently manage a steady stream of customer interactions while balancing multiple performance metrics

  • Technical proficiency to multi-task and navigate through computer systems and applications with speed and accuracy

  • Commitment to excellence with a positive attitude, even in challenging situations

  • Reliability and timeliness with the understanding that being present and punctual is essential to team success

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred

Additional Requirements:


  • Flexibility to work shifts between 6:00am-2:00am, including weekends

  • Full-time position with shift flexibility

  • Location: Sunrise, Florida

  • Employment eligibility to work in the U.S. is required; arenaflex will not pursue visa sponsorship for this position
