What You'll Be Doing
For Customer Support Roles:
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in both German and English
- Providing accurate information about products, services, and company policies
