What You'll Do

As an Entry-Level Network Administrator at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our organization's technological infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities will include:


  • Network Monitoring: Watch WAN links for stability and performance, ensuring uninterrupted connectivity across our global network.

  • Infrastructure Management: Monitor routers, switches, and other network appliances to identify and address potential issues before they become problems.

  • IP Address Management: Provision IP addresses and manage LAN/VLAN configurations to support our expanding network needs.

  • Alert and Log Monitoring: Stay vigilant by monitoring alerts and system logs to maintain optimal network health.

  • Preventative Maintenance: Conduct regular health checks to ensure system reliability and prevent downtime.

  • Incident Management: Respond to and resolve network issues efficiently, minimizing impact on business operations.

  • Reporting: Document network performance, incidents, and resolutions for continuous improvement.

  • Security Administration: Help administer security protocols and Identity and Access Management (IAM) to protect our digital assets.

What We're Looking For

Basic Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or Associate's degree
  • Authorization to work in the United States (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder)
  • Ability to relocate to or reside in the Hillsboro, OR area
  • Passion for technology and strong desire to learn new skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with customers and clients
  • Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment
